METHOD

Every app is delivered like a real product.

Every app goes through the full cycle: spec first, on-device acceptance, its own product page. If it fails, or loses to the incumbent, I say so publicly.

01

One question gates every kickoff

Do I use this app every day? What exactly is wrong with it? No answer, no project. macEverything's answer: Spotlight couldn't find my files.

02

Paired with AI, decided by me

Specs, code and tests are written with an AI pair; every change is verified on-device before moving on. The whole trail lives in this site's log.

03

Own page, maintained for real

Every deliverable gets its own page with downloads, docs, and a changelog, like macEverything. Shipping is only the start; bugs get fixed as they show up.

Milestones

The plan began: macEverything。 It started simply: Spotlight could not find my files. Search is something I use dozens of times a day, so I wrote the engine myself: direct FSEvents, own index, a million files in one second. The whole plan started there.
